TOUR & TRAVEL AGREEMENT (TTA)
With your signature on the TTA you accept these terms and conditions as a binding contract between California Sunriders and you, the
participant. Please read them carefully. California Sunriders cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed TTA on day of
motorcycle pick-up.

RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT

A $1,000.00 deposit is required for a guided tour at the time of booking. Rental and self-drive tour bookings require 30% of booking amount
and are non-refundable and non-transferable. The remaining balance is due 65 days before the guided tour starts. With signing the Credit
Card Authorization you give California Sunriders permission to charge your card 65 days prior tour start. If in case of payment by wire
transfer or check the total balance is not received 65 days before tour start, California Sunriders reserves the right to treat this reservation
as cancelled and charge the cancellation fee.
A different deposit amount may apply for booking to any bike event.

RELEASE AND WAIVER
Every participant in a California Sunriders Motorcycle Tour is required to accept and sign a rental agreement and release and waiver form
of rights before the guided tour begins. California Sunriders cannot accept any tour participant without a duly signed release and waiver
form.

AGENTS AND REPRESENTATIVES
California Sunriders agents and travel industry business partners are representing us, but are not a party of this contract, nor are they in
any event responsible or liable for any failure to provide any services as may be described in our literature pertaining to the contract.

MOTORCYCLE RENTAL / SECURITY DEPOSIT
Rental motorcycles are provided as part of the tour package. California Sunriders will attempt to provide tour participants with the model of
motorcycle requested.

California Sunriders reserves the right to substitute the motorcycle confirmed to tour participants. Unfortunately, at times, certain
unexpected and uncontrollable situations arise which may require the substitution of a motorcycle. This includes, but is not limited to,
delay in manufacture fleet delivery, mechanical failure, collision damage and theft. Should California Sunriders not be able to provide the
requested motorcycle a similar or better model will be provided to the customer. This constitutes the maximum liability of California
Sunriders. A security deposit of up to $3000 has to be paid to the motorcycle rental company at the time of motorcycle pick-up. The security
deposit will be returned by the motorcycle rental company upon return of the undamaged motorcycle to the motorcycle rental company after
completion of the trip. If the motorcycle shows signs of damage, the security deposit will be treated as an insurance deductible and a
portion or all of the security deposit will be withheld by the rental company to cover the damages. During the tour California Sunriders is
not obliged to replace a damaged motorcycle.

BAGGAGE
California Sunriders assumes no responsibility for loss, damage, or delay in delivering baggage to tour participants. Baggage turned over to
California Sunriders each day for transportation is done so at rider's own risk.

MINIMUM TOUR PARTICIPANTS / TOUR CANCELLATION / GUIDED TOURS
Up to 30 days prior to the start of a tour, California Sunriders can cancel the tour if an insufficient number of tour participants have booked
and fully paid by that time. The minimum number of participating motorcycles is 6 (six) to conduct a guided tour. For a lesser number of
participating motorcycles we can offer a customized tour quote which will reflect a price adjustment or offer this tour as a self-drive tour. If
customers do not accept to pay the supplement, California Sunriders will refund their payment in full, which will constitute the full
settlement. California Sunriders is not liable for any additional costs or losses incurred by the tour participant due to California Sunriders'
cancellation of tour due to lack of participation. This includes, but is not limited to the cost of pre-paid airline tickets, hotel reservations or
automobile rentals. Situations may arise which will make it necessary for us to cancel, advance or postpone a scheduled tour, change
itineraries or make substitutions regarding hotels, cities, tour guides and other travel arrangements. In that event, we do not assume
responsibility or liability for any resulting losses, expenses or inconvenience. Your full tour price will be refunded if the tour is cancelled
prior to scheduled tour start date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS
Cancellations for guided tours received more than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to a $600 per booked motorcycle cancellation
fee. Cancellations received less than 60 days prior to departure will be subject to the following forfeit of tour cost:

60 - 40 Day Cancellation Notice:....................................................................... 60% of Total Booking Amount

Different cancellation policies may apply for bookings to any bike event
Cancellation Fees will be charged to your Credit Card.

Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason. Trip cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

ADDITIONAL ACCOMMODATION (on request)
Extra nights before or after the tour can be booked through California Sunriders at the assigned tour hotels. Please note that a fee of $30
occurs if you change or cancel the booking for your additional accommodation. If you cancel additional nights within below mentioned
cancellation terms following fees apply:

RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
o 21 years of age or older
o Valid motorcycle operator's license
o Minimum of one year of riding experience on heavyweight motorcycles
o Major credit card is required

NON-OBSERVANCE OF TRAFFIC LAWS AND GROUP TRAVEL REGULATIONS
If the customer does not comply with traffic laws or the requirements for group travel described by the tour guide and guidelines the
agreement with the rider may be canceled and riding privileges will be suspended. Riding privileges will be suspended for anyone under the
influence of drugs or alcohol.

RESPONSIBILITY
California Sunriders is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour description according to the local standard and the accurate
description of services offered in its literature. California Sunriders is responsible for conscientious travel preparations. California
Sunriders nor any of its agents are responsible or liable for any accidents and cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in
connection with the tour or the client's participation in connection with the tour, which might result in injury, death or other damage to the
client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns. California Sunriders is not responsible for any delays, changes, in schedule or other
conditions.

WEATHER CONDITIONS / ALTERATIONS
California Sunriders strives to schedule its tours at a time of the year, when the weather in the touring area is usually pleasant for
motorcycling. California Sunriders cannot be made liable for unpleasant or unsuitable weather conditions that occur during a tour and no
refunds or adjustments will be made for such conditions.
Tours operate on a seasonal basis and it may be necessary in some instances to change the itinerary due to weather/road conditions. The
itinerary will be adjusted accordingly if necessary.

CHANGES TO TOUR PRICE / RATES
Prices quoted on this website or in printed materials are the prices in effect at the time the quotation is given.
If cost factors, including but not limited to currency fluctuations, hotels, meals, motorcycles, insurance etc, dictate the need for an increase
in the price of the trip, California Sunriders may modify the price at any time prior to 60 days before departure. If the customer does not
agree with such an increase, the customer may cancel the reservation and the deposit will be refunded in full.

INSURANCE
California Sunriders recommends that customers take out adequate travel, health and accident insurance as well as trip cancellation
insurance.

CUSTOMER ORIENTATION
Every client will receive a full orientation to the motorcycle. The client orientation will cover all aspects of safe motorcycle operation, the
clients' maintenance responsibilities, local and state laws.

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD
Payments (tour deposit or balance payment) can be made by wire transfer or with the following credit cards, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX,

PAYMENT BY CHECK
Balance payments by check must be made to California Sunriders Inc. and checks must be drawn on a U.S. bank and payable in U.S. dollars.
